Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel or amend your appointment we require you to give 24hrs notice so that your appointment can be allocated to someone else.


Failure to give 24hrs notice will require a 50% non-refundable booking fee before your next appointment is confirmed.
Nail Blossom and Beauty reserve the right to refuse to rebook appointments due to repeatedly cancelling appointments less than 24 hours before your appointment or not showing up to your appointments.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late turning up for your appointment, the service you are booked in for may be simplified, or be unable to be carried out.  A non-refundable booking fee may then need to be paid to be able to reschedule the appointment.

Non-refundable Booking Fee Policy

Should you be required to pay a 50% non-refundable booking fee then need to amend your booking, the deposit will be carried over to your next appointment so long as 24hrs notice has been given.  Any less than 24hrs will mean you lose your non-refundable booking fee.


Should you wish to cancel and rearrange your appointment, you will be able to carry your non-refundable booking fee over to your new appointment if the new appointment is within 28 days.  If you wish to book another appointment longer than 28 days since your cancelled/rearranged appointment, then you will forfeit your booking fee and will be required to pay a new booking fee before your appointment is confirmed.


If you give less than 24hrs your booking fee will not be carried over and you will forfeit you non-refundable booking fee.

Replacement of Nails Policy

In the unlikely event that you lose a nail.  Nails will be fixed free of charge if I can see it has been a service breakdown and you are not at fault.  You MUST contact me within 48hrs of your appointment with a photo and explanation of what happened to be eligible for a free fix appointment which will be made as soon as there is an available slot.  If you contact me over 48hrs since your last appointment, fixes will be charged at £3 per nail.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be given under any circumstances. 


In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a treatment you have received please contact me within 48hrs so an appointment can be made to rectify the reason why you are unsatisfied.  This excludes changing your mind about design of nails.

In the unlikely event your service doesn’t live up to your expectations, please contact me as soon as it happens with a photo of your nails and explanation as to why you are not satisfied so a solution can be found.


Patch Testing Policy

A patch test may be required at least 24hrs before some treatments.  If you do not attend for a patch test, your appointment will be cancelled without notice.


When you have a patch test, you must inform me of any reaction you have.  This is for your own health and safety, to ensure you don’t have any serious reactions which could be life threatening.

Data Protection

Information you provide is strictly confidential and will not be shown or passed on to anyone else.  This information is held for insurance purposes and to ensure it is safe to proceed with the treatment you are booked in for.  All personal data is held in accordance to GDPR and can be made available to you upon request.
